Let’s go to the Root and it’s name is Ginger. Well I bet you had it before, it’s in Ginger Ale. I remember when I was young, my mom gave me ginger ale when my stomach was upset. Well that is exactly what ginger does to the body. It heals and has been used in Chinese and Indian medicine for centuries. Ginger is great for when you have a cold and digestion problems. It’s good for Nausea, Blood Pressure, and Cholesterol just to name a few things. It has anti-inflammatory ingredients that can also treat your skin too.   1. Ginger Lime Tea
    Two gallons of boiling water
    About 12 green tea bags
    4 limes
    1 lb fresh ginger
    Boil your water and steep as usual.
    In a blender or food processor
    Drop about 4 peeled while limes and as much ginger and you can stand and grind.
    Add this to the steeping tea.
    After about 15 minutes strain and add Pure Honey to your liking or the sweetener of your choice.
    Garnish with lime and ginger slices. Enjoy!
