Now the Chia seeds are recognized in the Superfood category and are loaded with good nutrition. It has fiber, protein, calcium and antioxidants to name a few things. The Chia seed can absorb up to 10 times their weight in water and this increases fullness in the stomach.  That is why it is recommended for people who want to lose weight. It also is a good source of protein for people who eat little or no meat. If you suffer from high cholesterol or inflammation. Look into the benefits of the Chia seed. There is so much more benefits, in these tiny little seeds, that I haven’t listed. Do some research and see what you think about the Chia seed. Why not give them a try and see what Chia is all about. Try them in a Smoothie or sprinkle them on soup and salad. Living Natural

natural food

Today is the day, that you have decided to live a natural life. Well that’s great, because that’s what I’m trying to do also. Wouldn’t it be great to wake up and not have any health problems. Unfortunately, due to bad habits and maybe some hereditary genes. We are in a place were we need help. The doctors are not always giving us the answers that we want. That is when we have to look and do our own research and find ways to help ourselves. I feel that doing it naturally, is the best way to do it. What we put into our bodies matters a whole lot and we have not been doing that.

Our bodies have practically turned into sewer systems and I say that because we keep putting garbage into our system. In order to change that we have to look at natural ways to heal ourselves and put natural food’s inside of our bodies. Our body is our temple and everything function’s off of how well our system is being fed. Think about it for a minute and see if what I’m saying is true. The first step in the right direction is finding the right types of food and supplements. If you look for it you will find it because it’s out there.  Get in touch with your inner self and it will begin to show on the outside. You need to have superfood on the inside, to make you feel better. Supplements such as fish oil, omega-3, organic coconut oils, are just a few Nutritional Supplements we need to begin to heal. Think about it and check the links. Let’s get healthier together with  superfoods.
